Orchid lumen requirements?
I am trying to grow a few orchids indoors. I’m not sure of the exact species but I have them under 2 75 watt fluorescent grow lights. I have a light meter, and was just wondering in general how many Lumens orchids need to grow and flower? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
You need to look online and identify what kind you have. Orchids vary drastically in their light requirements.
Phalaenopsis need lower light. Others like Cattleya want more. You probably have a Phalaenopsis because they are the most common.
